8. What Is The Role Of Surfactant In Respiration?

How to floss?

The thread Dental is an excellent item to help us remove those pieces of food and plaque that brushing has been removed because it reaches places where the bristles do not come easily.

Made of fine nylon filaments or plastic, and combined with brushing, will help prevent infection of the gums, halitosis and tooth decay.

I'm not anyone using a regular flossing, but not because they want to use it, but because they knew how. If you're like me and your dentist is not taught you to use it, you can continue reading that women of style will give you little tricks to learn to floss.

How do you use?

* Taking about 45 cm (18 ") of floss, wind most of it around each middle finger, leaving 3 to 5 cm (1 or 2") of thread to work.
* Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and index fingers, and slide it gently up and down between teeth.
* Curve the floss lightly around the base of each tooth, making sure you go below the gumline. Never snap or force the floss, as this may cut or bruise delicate gum tissue.
* Use clean sections of floss as you move from tooth to tooth.
* To remove the line, use the same movement back and forth floss up and away from the teeth

recalled that maintaining good oral health is recommended daily brushing teeth, using mouthwash and flossing.
